Family consulting

Recognizing the importance of not just the individual in recovery but also the family and loved ones who have been affected by their loved one’s mental health and/or substance abuse issues is a crucial piece of the puzzle in the process.

It is important the family also recovers.

For family members that don’t have personal experience with substance use or mental health, recognizing behaviors, warning signs, and understanding the different stages along with milestones can be difficult.

We will provide weekly updates to the family after each individual coaching session. These updates will include:

  • Creating healthy boundaries within the family

  • Support with financial boundaries

  • Strengths and accomplishments

  • Areas for growth

  • Case management updates

  • Areas of concerns or red flags

  • Plan to address areas of concern

Sometimes a higher level of care may be necessary. If this is the case, we will assist in identifying the most appropriate program for your family member. Navigating the treatment industry can be exhausting. A lot of programs over promise and under deliver. We will help you make an informed decision based on resources, past experiences, and current needs.
